Course Description:

The Ecology training course will take you to mangrove estuaries, sand flats, and natural ledges in the Gulf of Mexico, all the while learning about Florida’s unique costal and spring environments and the wildlife that inhabits them.  This course will teach the diver:

• Wildlife interactions
• Preservation of environmental areas
• Ecosystems and geologies of Florida

Course Requirements:

The Ecology training course is five classroom sessions and requires the following prerequisites/equipment to be provided by the diver:

• Open Water certification
• Course books
• Personal dive gear
